2. Air Ticketing

         Ticket bookings are subject to airline availability and fare rules.

         Fare quotations are not guaranteed until ticketed.

         Name changes are not permitted after ticket issuance.

         Rebooking, cancellation, or refund is subject to airline policies and penalties.

         Passengers are responsible for checking flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel restrictions.

3. Package Tours

         Package prices include only items specifically listed (e.g., accommodation, transport, meals, guide services).

         Changes to tour components (hotels, flights, activities) may affect the final price.

         If minimum group size is not met, the agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule.

         Clients must adhere to group timelines and itinerary; failure to do so may result in missed services without refund.

4. Visa Processing

         The agency assists with visa applications as an intermediary; final approval lies with the respective embassy/consulate.

         Submission of documents does not guarantee visa issuance.

         Visa fees are non-refundable, even in case of rejection.

         Clients must provide truthful and complete documentation; any delays caused by errors are the client’s responsibility.

5. Corporate Travel Services

         Corporate accounts are subject to negotiated service-level agreements (SLAs).

         Changes or cancellations requested by corporate clients must be submitted in writing.

         Monthly billing and reporting services are available by agreement.

         Companies must designate authorized personnel for bookings and approvals.

6. Payments

         Full payment is required before issuing any travel documents unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for corporate clients).

         Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.

         For package tours and group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure reservations.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

         Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, and tour operator. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

         Service charges may apply for cancellations or refunds.

         Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–30 business days.

         No refunds for unused services or no-shows.

8. Liability Disclaimer

         We act as agents for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers.

         We are not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations made by third-party service providers.

         We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters).

         Clients are solely responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, etc.).

         We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, especially for international trips.

10. Force Majeure

         In cases of force majeure (events beyond our control), the agency reserves the right to cancel or change bookings without liability.

         Refunds or rescheduling in such cases will be subject to supplier policies.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

         Personal data will be handled in accordance with Omani data protection laws.

         We do not share client data with third parties unless necessary for the completion of travel services.

12. Governing Law

For corporate or group clients, documents can also be delivered in person or through an authorized representative, with prior coordination.

Physical delivery (e.g., visa originals or travel kits) within Muscat may be arranged upon request and subject to availability. Additional delivery charges may apply for courier services outside Muscat or for international shipping. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the service type: air tickets are typically issued within 24 hours of payment, while visa processing timelines depend on embassy requirements.

Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all delivered documents and must notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancies. Tuful Travel and Tours shall not be liable for any losses resulting from delays or incorrect delivery details provided by the client.
